I got this from a movie and I like it VERY MUCH, but this is the step forward than proposing:

The quaker couple will be staring at each other without saying anything, the family and friends keep quiet, too, unless they think the God needs them to say something... An hour (or longer??) later, they get married!!

Anyone here can tell more about this romantic wedding about Quakers?
