which hotel is better in Guangzhou?

Hi,I'm going to guangzhou sometimes in December and I will be going to stay either Parkview Square Hotel or President Hotel. So which one is better hotel and also which hotel near to shopping area and food?

President Hotel, three stars,is adjacent to the biggest computer market in China and opposite the Guangzhou Entertainment Center. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to a busy commercial street and shopping district. The Guangzhou East Railway Station (HongKong-Guangzhou) is also very close to this hotel.

The Parkview Square Hotel ,four stars, is ideally located in the Yue Xiu District, a prosperous section in the heart of Guangzhou's commercial district, close to the major tourist attraction-Yue Xiu Park. It is about 10 minutes drive from the Baiyun Airport and 5 minutes drive from the Canton Railway Station.
