Hi! I'll be travelling to Xian from SFO on Air China next month. Been getting conflicting answers about Air China baggage allowance. Anyone know is it 70 lbs, 50 lbs or less?
Gotta get packing my winter gear! Thanks

If you are using CA - China Airline, MU - China Eastern Airline, CZ - China Southern Airline. 32kg of checked-in bags are allowed for international flight.

Passengers are entitled to a free baggage allowance: 40㎏ for first class, 30㎏ for business class, 20㎏ for economy class. In addition to the free baggage allowance, these articles will be carried free: a lady's handbag, an overcoat, wrap or blanket, an umbrella or walking stick, a reasonable amount of reading matter for the flight, a small camera, a pair of binoculars, infant food and an infant carrying basket, a fully collapsible invalid's wheelchair and or a pair of crutches and/or braces or other prosthetic device for the passenger's use provided that the passenger is dependent upon them.

GUEST53149 I work for China Eastern Airlines (MU) our of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
MU allowance for First and Business class is 32 kg per bag and you can bring two bags. If you have MU Gold or Silver Card you can carry one extra bag at 23kg or less.

MU allowance for economy is 23kg per bag and you can bring two bags.
