Address Cruise Terminal in Xingang

Can someone please tell me what is the address in Chinese of the Cruiseship Terminal in Xingang?

We will go to Beijing to go on a cruise and need to go to the port, which is outside Beijing, to board the ship.

Does the taxi driver know where is the place if he has the address in Chinese? Approximately how much will it cost to go there?

Xingang is actually Tanggu, in TEDA which is a part of Tianjin, not Beijing. There're direct buses taking you to Xingang in Beijing city, but I don't know where. Alternatively you can also take a train to TEDA, I think taxi would be too expensive!
