Dear Billie,

I really appreciate you advice as how to find a language exchange partner. At this stage I'm wandering if there is a way on how to network with the uni students here in Shenzhen. I would be very grateful if I could get some tips.

Most uni students use MSN or QQ for network communications. QQ is a very polular Instance Message software here. You can download it at this place .(http://im.qq.com/qq/mo.shtml?/download/qqe.shtml)
