Hi, I am a student from England and I graduate from University this June, I have a job in Zunyi city, Guizhou province teaching english starting this September. I would really like to speak to people who have been to this area before and can tell me something about the climate, main attractions, travel etc... I am flying to Beijing and then getting a train to Guizhou, does anyone know how long this will take? Also how much this could cost. I am really excited about visiting China, but I am also very nervous and need some reasurance! Thanks. Fiona

So surprised you are going to teach English in Zunyi city. Have you ever been to China? Anyway ,welcome to China! Zunyi is a famous historical city in China, the second largest city in Guizhou province. Main attrctions include Zunyi Meeting site,Cishui Scenic Resort and Taoxi Temple. Among them, Cishui Scenic Resort is the most fascinating. :)

Hi, FIONAKM! You can take T61 or T87 from Beijing to Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou Province. The hole journey will take you about 31h-32h, so you'd better take the sleeper berth. Price: Hard Sleeper: upper RMB457; middle RMB474; lower RMB489 Soft Sleeper: upper RMB721; lower RMB754 Hope I can give you help:D
