Does anyone have detailed information or another web-site to refer to on the above? Details would include weather in Nov, preferred clothings, precise admission, how long to visit and what to expect?? Thanks.

it is really cold on the mountain ,take heavy coat,or you can rent it there at RMB 30 or so .
I think take a branch as a crutch and wear gloves is a wise choice .
most of my friends spent a whold day there ,climb up the mountain at night to see sunrise and down at daytime ,came back Xian at afternoon.

unfortunately , I'm not an expert but Rita is ,she climbed Huashan two monthes ago ,and I think she must know everything well about it .

admission fee: adult RMB 100 ;children under 1.2 meter free, 1.2-1.4 meter half price
the price of the cable car: adult ¥60,children RMB 35 for one-way ticket, adult¥ 110 children RMB 60 for round-trip ticket .working hour : 7:00 to 19:00 .

take No 1 tourist bus at the East Square of Xian Railway Station. The price should be RMB18 or so.
