 | Does anyone know how easy it will be to get a massage in cities in Yunnan? Also, what is the going rate (legitimate massage) for an hour? Thank you for any information you can provide. |

| like in kunming, the capital city of yunnan, there are lots of massage houses. u can see them everywhere. average RMB20 per hr. some blind people can do really good massage. there are also lots of hot spring and spa in kunming. see www.gokunming.com for more info |

| If your looking for a massage and can;t read Chinese try looking for "Feet" on the neon signs. I regularly have a traditional foot massage with head, back and shoulders followed by a a hot rock pack in pleasant very surroundings for Y40/50 for two hours. Some offer comfortable PJ's to wear during the massage, tea or other drinks and cakes, fruit or soup as part of the service. Enjoy. It is one of lifes little treats here in the Middle Kingdom  |

| U can find massage parlours almost in every cities and towns throughout China, Yunnan included. The going rates depend on what parlours u go to - the ones that cater more for locals are good and cheap ( not surprising ) - yes, below rmb50/hr. If you want the "dirty" massages, they too can be found throughout the main towns/cities - but are more costly @ above rmb500/session. These are exotic. Enjoy. |
