Buying Pocket PC in Beijing

I am considering buying an HP iPAQ RX3115 Pocket PC in Beijing, to use it primarily for a chinese-english dictionary. Does anyone know about the availability and pricing of this device in Beijing? And other implications of buying it in China, rather than say USA?
