Hello,
Friends and I will be visiting Huangshan in mid September
on a 3 day tour from Shanghai. I would like to know what is
the weather like there, both on the mountain top and below
in the villages? Is there anything we should especially look
out for? Both good and bad...

Thanks

Hey Travelbug,

Bring some painkillers for your aching legs...the climb may look easy, but don't be fooled! Bring a camera(you need it!) If you buy a map, force yourself to understand the chinese version as the english one is quite confusing and not as up to date! You may want to sleep at the local hotels found at the foot of the mountain, they're very chap ranging from 50-90rmb/day and stuff up on some of the local delicacies in the local restaurants also found at the foot of the mountain just before the archway!
