There is no direct bus from Yichang to Zhangjiajie. There are three trains from Yichang to Zhangjiajie. You may take K1473. It departs at 13:25. Soft berth: CNY 89 for upper berth and CNY 93 for lower berth.

Is the Taiyuan in Shanxi Province?
THere is no direct bus between Taiyuan and Hong Kong. But there is the one between Taiyuan and Shenzhen Yinhu Bus station, which is very close to the Luohu border, pass which you'll be in Hong Kong.

THe bus ticket between Taiyuan and shenzhen is about rmb600 and the duration time is about 24 hours.

The earliest one is at 0700 or 0800 and it takes about 3.5-4 hours on the way. So it's impossible for you to get there by 0900. Maybe you can get there one day in advance.
