Does anyone know what this plant is?

It's probably not native to China but South East Asia.

It's good for your health, look like it belongs to the citrus family.

But what is it???

It's called fo2 shou3 (佛手), which literally means "Buddha's hand". The botanical/scientific name is citrus medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle.
