Need some advise on whether it is possible to visit Changbaishan in late Dec?

What is the best way to look at the Tianchi and the waterfall?

GUESTRAIN it is not possible to there in winter time. Changbaishan is colse from autumn until next may.
Winter time, there is for national athletes and it too dangerous to go.

No way. I visited Changbaishan in winter, and subsequently had 2 other groups of friends do so as well.

Hi, so I have nearly the same problem like KWCHAN. I want to visit changbai shan in january do you know is this possible??

Yes, possible. We went in January a few years ago.
