Would appreciate if you seasoned travellers could advise as to the best and fastest method to get from HK airport to Xiamen.

from either Shenzhen or Guangzhou whichever offers the best price. Do a search using the link on the top right of this page.

You can take a bus or ferry to Shenzhen Airport or a bus to Guangzhou from HKIA
