![]() | We have been talking about not right to eat certain food - like dogs & cats. Why ? We have been discussing about what should be done and what shouldn't be done. Why ? We have been brought up to believe that we must behave like this or like that. What should be the "correct" standards ? All these are taught to us for centuries and during this time we conduct ourselves on these beliefs. But our beliefs and brought up are quite different from each others'. We are now about 5000-7000 years from the earliest civilisation. All these beliefs/rules still applicable ?? Should be be 1 single standard for all earthlings ? |

![]() | Humans eating dog was brought to light for me during the Japan/S.Korea world cup in 2002. Initially i was shocked, but then thought about it for a second. Eating a dog is exactly the same as eating a pig, sheep or cow to be honest. I believe the official "legal/illegal" boundaries should prevent people eating rare/protected animals and, of course, other humans. The rest is just each persons right to an opinion which will be influenced by their upbringing and culture. |

![]() | Its the law of the jungle. Animal activists are a little sick upstairs. They expect everybody to think like them. Crazy!! Even the kangaroo, which is a National symbol, are bred for the dinner table. For crying out loud!! |
