I am planning to go to Beijing, Xian, Shaighai, and Hong Kong but I don't want to book a tour from here just air and hotel and I don't speak chinese. Is there any problem to buy local tours over there and find a tour person in English? Do you have any recommendation for me?

You can book a itinerary via Internet. The travel agent will offer a reasonable and tailor-made unique tour for you according to your requirements and your destinations. Of course the English-speaking tour guide: )
