chinese vegetarian dishes

Hi
I will be staying in dalian for an year. Since i am a vegetarian, could you please mention some vegetarian chinese dishes easily available in hotels there? please mention the english and chinese names for them.

I am also a Vegeterian and I'm staying in GZ. I want to taste Chinese Vegeterian food. Please give details about Chinese Vegeterian food in both English and Chinese.
That will hels a lot Vegeterians.
