Your hotel is called Astor House Hotel, right? No direct bus from Pudong Airport to Astor House Hotel.

You need to take subway line 2 to Nanjingdonglu. Then you can take a taxi to your hotel.

We will be arriving Pudong Airport at 19:30, what is the most economical way to travel from Pudong Airport to The One Executive Suites on 601 Fengyang Road. The hotel charges RMB650 for airport transfer. Is this reasonable? I find it a little steep. We are two adult travelers with two pieces of check-in baggage.

RMB650 is too expensive. Considering of your baggage, I suggest you take a taxi from the airport to your hotel. It costs around CNY 166.

Yes. You can remember its license and sue the driver to his company if something unpleasant happens to you. The cost is for your reference. If you came across traffic jam or something else, you will pay more to the taxi driver.

There are many ways to reach Pudong from the Bund, such as sight-seeing tunnel and ferry. Unfortunately, you can not pass through sight-seeing tunnel or take ferry because you need to get to Pudong so early.

Thus, I suggest you take a taxi from the Bund to the Pudong.
