Hi friends!

Does the Chinese government provide scholarships to foreigners who are interested in learning Mandarin ? If yes, please furnish details regarding the same.

I have a spanish friend got the chinese government scholarship to study mandarin!I can ask you the details!

But I think the two government should has coorperation!

Oh very many thanks! Could you please provide me his/her id. I think India government will cooperate. I will be sending a mail across to the Chinese embassy in a week's time.

This website obviously doesn't. The Chinese government does, and many other organisations/companies do as well. Do your own research.
