 | Hi guys my husband has travelled to dalian on a business trip for 1 year. He is a vegetarian so i just want to know what are the vegetarian dishes available in hotels. you guys have already given me the names of few dishes, but i want to know what exactly we shud order in hotel if we want to have a good vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please mention each of them (breakfast, lunch and dinner) seperately so that its easy to understand. Also, tell me whether plain rice, bread and sandwich are available or not. He may stay in Gloria Plaza hotel for a month or so. Thanks, roopa |

| Hi conny We are used to eating both spicy and lite food. thats not a problem. But strictly vegetarian.. so, if you could mention few veg dishes for breakfst, lunch and dinner, that wud be helpful for him. Thanks, roopa |

| B: 1. a piece of roast bread one or two omelette a glass of orange juice fresh vegetable salad 2. sandwich with fresh vegetable such as cucumber ,carrot,lettuce or tomato a glass of lemon juice or water do you want western style or expect for some local Chinese dishes ? |

| Being a vegetarian I am most fond of the tomatoe and egg dish. I also like the cottage noodles, tofu and green beans, and the pumpkin dish. |

| Hi Tnx for the message. We prefer both western and chinese. thats not a problem. But it should be easily available in most hotels and also not too costly . Also write for lunch and dinner. bye. thanks roopa |

| it is a little bit hard to select some econimic vege dishes in hotels especially star-rated one .RMB50 is almost for one single person a decent meal . L&D: 1)菊花木耳 agaric with onion and chrysanthemum petals (cold dish) 北菇扒菜胆Mushroom & Vegetable 地瓜粥 Sweet potato congee a bowl of plain rice 2) 西芹百合 stir-fired celery with lily 松仁玉米 Stir-fried corn with pine nuts 奶油口蘑汤 creamed mushroom soup a bowl of plain rice if you would try some local restaurants ,there would be much more choices :p |

| yup , you can easily find them . But , I advise you ask the waitor as first ,tell him you are a vegetarian ,do not eat any meat nor meat soup .ask him to give you some suggestions on how to order ,because the menu can not be the same in different hotels . Good Luck ! |
