Shuttle times from Pudong to Hongqiao

The website I found was rather vague with some parts a bit confusioning.

Does anyone know when time the earliest in the morning and latest in the evening the shuttle from Pudong going to Hongqiao departs?

It starts at 0720 and ends whenever there're no more flights coming in. The frequency is 20-30 mins and costs 30 RMB.
