The Colour Of Food

We look at certain foods and associate it with certain colours. If manufacturers changed the colour of the food, you can be sure it will not sell well.

For example :

1. Yellow or white colour for noodles looks good and appetizing. Nobody would like to eat black or purple noodles

2. Bean curd is white. Imagine if they colour it black.

3. Roast pork is red. It will look disgusting if they colour it green.

When I was in Xi'an,I like this nuddle named Jue Gen Fen Si,its colour was nearly black,but very delicious!
