The Olympic Stadium in Beijing has bee affectionately referred to as The Bird's Nest. It is a great piece of architecture. I think it will be remembered long after the Olympics in 2008.

Never has a stadium this big that has been built without pillars. It is built with interwoven steel beams thus give rise to the name The Bird's Nest.

My company was near Olympic Green,and I can see it everyday:-)
