| I tried this hotpot in Chengdu. It is very hot and oily and hardly suitable for the foreign palate. It takes a strong stomach to eat this dish. I saw a restaurant serving this dish outside China. I think they may have modified it to suit the local taste. What other provincial dish you think is not suitable for the foreigners? |
