I will be travelling to Shanghai and Beijing, I am looking for budget accommodation, a single room with attached bath. Price range is USD 15/- or below. Can anyone guide me for suitable lodgiing, based on personal experience

could be a hotel/hostel, doesnt matter, as long as it is a single room with attached bath and it is clean
