| When I first visited BJ, what caught my attention was the number of bicycles on the roads. I was pleasantly surprised although I have heard about it. China has 500 million bicycles on the road. That is about 1 bicycle for every 2 person. Bicycles are widely used for transporation of humans and goods. It is used in every manner and in every form. China don't invent the bicycle but they sure make it into a big thing. From age 1 to 100, everybody knows how to ride a bike. Great!! |
