Land travel Shenzhen-Vietnam

I am planning a trip to Hanoi in Vietnam for the end of July. I can't find any trains or buses other than one from beijing to Hanoi, but i am in Shenzhen. I would like to make a couple of stops along the way as well. Are there any websites or local english travel assistance? Any help would be appreciated because i have not made any progress!! Thank you.

You can fly to Hainan, and then take the grand passenger liner to Vietnam.
