One of my foreign client booked 4 roundtrip tickets from Shanghai to Sanya. But his little daughter was ill, so he had to cancel his order. But his 4 tickets had been issued, it's group tickets, non-changeable and non-refundment. So he had to lose a pretty penny. But there is one way could help him to lose less. That is find someone who would like to buy his tickets, then change the name, just need to pay some service charge to airlines. And he also would like to sell his tickets at a low price. Now my colleague has found three person would like to buy his tickets, now there is 1 left. I'm still doing my best to find if there is ppl would like to buy the last one. If there isn't, his ticket just could be invalid.
