Coming to Beijing in 2 weeks, couple questions...

My friend and I will be arrving in Beijing in early January. Any suggestions for nightlife? Also, is there anything else going on intown, such as festivals, etc that we should check out? And finally, are any of the Olympic facilities completed such as the parks or anything?

For nightlife,I love Houhai:-)

And all the Olympic facilities was building everyday,and you can't see any of them now:-(
