It is still open now, but will be closed maybe next May due to the land contract.

According to the newspapar:
The land contract will end when May comes. And the land owner (a Hong Kong Group) plans to build this area into an area combined with top-notch shopping mall, 5-star hotel and office building. Anyway, the government will find another place for the vendors to relocate their business, just like several years ago when they relocated from Huating Market to Xiangyang.
