| the normal price for a 2 bedroom 1 livingroom apartment is about 1000RMB-1500RMB.and its depends on location and appliances...but dont be hurry,cuz its takes time to find apartments... |

| Since you are students, why not to live in the student flat which is special for student abroad, and I think is more cheaper. |

| When you arrive at Nankai you can stay in the hostel located on campus. It has a daily rate of about $7 USD. I don't know if the fee is different if you are an attending student but I'd think it would be cheaper. |

| There may be a few exceptions, but generally landlords want renters to stay for at least a year. You must pay 3 months rent at the beginning and a deposit which varies according to the furniture inside the apartment. |

| Hi,DRISRAEL26, I am very happy to help you. You can try my apartment which is located near NanKai University (about 15-20 minutes by bus and walk or 10 minutes by bicycle). More important thing is that my apartment is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful... It is a two-bedroom apartment with a big living room and a big kitchen. There are all kinds of very good facilities in my apartment except high speed internet. but i do not think that is a big issue, you can apply youself(about RMB 80 per month or you can negociate with my parents who lives near my apartment) One disadvantage is that it is at the 7 floor without an elevator, but it's not a big deal for yong people, isn't it? the price is RMB 3000/month I was an architect in Tianjin, But i lived in Toronto right now.
