Is there any place to study Yunnanese formally in Dali?

Also wondering if there are any local house rentals in town.

i think yunnanese is a local dialect, the words are still mandarin. i doubt there is any school, probably just pay any local for the time each week or session to pronounce it the way the locals do it. after that spend more time speaking to the locals to get the sound right.
