hi, i have been wanting to go to Harbin,but i think january is the coldest month (not sure if i can bear the freezing weather there).Up to what month does the ice festival end?

Usually,it is end at Feb.and now,it is the best time!

Of course,it is cold!But if you put on more clothes,ok!!!

The Ice Festival ends on Feb. 5 as far as I know. If you are into the festival, Jan. is the best month to visit Harbin. It is cold, but unlike Shanghai or other cities down south, we have heat. Just wear warm clothes, you'll be fine. Harbin is dirty in Feb. with everything covered in dust.
