![]() | Hi. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Could anyone give me an approximate idea on what the weather is normally like during the back end of February and beginning of March. I will only be in Beijing for a week, but curious as to whether there is often any snow around at that time or if the temperature is more spring like. Thanks Scott |

![]() | We don't get much snow because Beijing is SO dry, so chances of it then are remote (though not unheard of...lasted for a week last mid-Feb.) However, you should expect cold & possibly windy weather. The upside: wind can drive out the air pollution. Downside: it can also bring in Gobi dust. I'd say, expect very cool (5-10 degrees C.), especially if you're coming from sunny Thailand! Enjoy your visit. |

![]() | The weather is dry at that time, there's a slight chance of big snow. Even if you encounter big snow, it may not be bad luck. You will be able to see the most amazing Great Wall in the white. |
