My beloved Spring Festival

Spring Festival is my favorite, for I can stay with parents for such a long and quiet time. Besides I like dumplings very much at right the night of chuxi. They are the most delicious ones I have ever eaten throughout the year.

Usually,we celebrite it on Spring Festival Eve,and on 28th,Jan.The night was named Chuxi!

haha, I like Jiaozi,too! Especially when I did it with my parents. They are so tasty!
BTW, I prefer Suan Tang Shui Jiao (Jiaozi in vinegary soup).

Hi,conny,actually,I don't know it english name!

The pear was vinegary!I think there was only in the northeast,we usually eat it in winter!

Hi, California, is the 酸梨 you mentioned a kind of frozen pear? It is a little acetous but sweet as well. :)
