from shanghai to beijing

hi everyone!

I'm going to visit Shanghai with a friend of mine in the forth coming February. We were wondering about visiting also Beijing while being there. Could someone give us tips about cheap budged airlines that fly domestic flights easilly from Shanghai to Beijing.. And also some sort of a fare scale in advance...

We are also visiting Shanghai and Beijing in February and we have decided to take the train which departs Shanghai at 19.07 and arrives Beijing at 07.05 next morning. Cost for a soft sleeper (2 berth)is approx USD$137 which saves 1 nights hotel accomodation.

It's not easy to get cheap budged airlines tickets during February. You know, Chinese New Year will come in Jan.29, and we will have a 7-day holiday lasts to Feb. 4 or even later. The transportation will be quite heavy and the ticket price will also rise.
Even the train tickets might be hard to buy before Feb.12, the Lantern Festival.

I think maybe the Eastern Airline and China Airline haver the cheaper tickets!
