MARTINO Points: Join Date: Jul 15, 2004 Status: offline	Hello mates, I want to travel in two weeks to chengdu. after some days in jiuzhaigou i would like to return to chengdu visti leshan or emeishan and head to chongqing to make a yangzi tour to wuhan. does anybody know if a) two weeks is enough time to do this in a affordable(bus) way and how to get information about boat qualitys and companys which offer these yangzi tours. i couldn't really find a lot. If anybody knows some information about the other sights, please do not hesitate to awnser, i would really appreciate every little information. Also i read that it is not possible for foreigners to sty in the villages in jiuzhaigou anymore, is this right, or did i read some wrong information in the internet?????? thanks a lot in advance, yours martin. ps.: if anybody wants to visit germany, i will help you for sure...........

Yangtse Cruise from Chongqing to Wuhan, I think five days are enough. So 2-week tour is enough.
and it is absolutely prohibited to stay overnight in the village no matter for Chinese or foreigner.
So you'd better arrive there at about afternoon, and stay for a night outside to have a full rest, because the road condition is not good, and taking bus is really a weary work.

But the postcard scenery inside the village is really really good, which I think can make you forget the hardship, and it deserves it!

If anybody could help me - I'd really appreciate it...
