I once got a client who is a professional photographer. When he need to buy some equipment, I took him there. I've been to HuanLong, and its fairly easy to go to via subway. Ride the Line 1 subway, and drop yourself off at the Shanghai Railway Station. Facing the railway station, look left: its the mall with a billboard of a Chinese guy warrior. Just go to the top floor.

Now, I have a question: how do you get to the other photography mecca in Shanghai, at 449 ChangYang Road ? I've only been in the city for a few months, and I don't know Chinese. I'm fairly familiar with the subway though, with People's Square as my reference point.
