China's food is also famous and popular, like its historical site, long history, and postcard landscape. It is not only nutritional, but also good for eyes. Each place has its unique local snacks and cuisine. My favourite are Chuan Cuisine which is renowned for its peculiar and unbearable piquancy, and various snacks of Xi'an.

Which is your best?

Let us share the eating delicacy here:D

Hi, Jake!
Did you taste the delicate and delicious Dumpling Dinner?
Dumpling is very common celebratory meals such as those prepared for the Chinese lunar Spring Festival.
This is an experience for the dumpling connoisseur, the flavours, shapes and colours will tempt the palette, while the elegant names and stories attached to each variety are truly amazing. It is no less amazing that a simple way of preparing food has become so very popular and sophisticated that it is now considered to be as much a work of art as a tasty morsel.

By the way, Xi'an has many other tasty snacks. Please take a look at the pics I uploaded in the Photo Album:D

It is called Qishan Shaozi Mian in Chinese. Pliable and thin noodle with sour soup and savory minced meat, the feeling couldn't be expressed with words.

Seeing form the China Travel Poll in the right about the Chinese Cuisine, I just know there are EIGHT cuisines!! I don't know others, but just the Sichuan Cuisine which is called "Chuan Cai" in Chinese.
Characterized by its spicy and pungent flavors, Sichuan cuisine, with a myriad of tastes, emphasizes the use of chili. Pepper and prickly ash are always in accompaniment, producing the typical exciting tastes. Garlic, ginger and fermented soybean are also used in the cooking process.
Though hot, but tasty!!

I also like Sichuan Cuisine, especially the Gongbao ji ding^_^
This special local dish of Chengdu, while very spicy, is popular with westerners as the taste is similar to sweet and sour.
