Great Wall Near Hohhot

My wife & I are adopting a little baby girl and should be traveling to Hohhot sometime around April to get her. We will be there for a week. I was wondering if there are any good places to tour the Great Wall or do you have to go to another city like Bejing.

There are many relics in and around Hohhot. I found in the internet that the most famous one is located in Qingshuihe County(清水河县)which is a part of the Great Wall.
But I suggest you to go to Beijing for a visit if you have enough time. Beijing Great Wall are well preserved and the service conditions are better.
