cosmetic surgeons in Shanghai

I have been reading that many people are getting plastic surgery in Shanghai. Does anyone know if there is a procedure called Thermage there? I am interested in getting it done in my city (I live in California), but I plan on visiting Shanghai in a few months and might call it off here if I can get it done cheaper in China. Are the docs there reputable? ~SK~
