| Yeah. In our country causing damage to public property is a serious offence. A jail term and caning is mandatory. No wonder our country is free of graffiti. |

| They have to pay to write on the Great Wall, too. The transportations, the entrance fees, hard enough tools, etc, not so cheap.. |
