You can see a lot of graffiti on the great walls. Is it an offence writing graffiti in China?

Graffiti on the Great Wall and many other places are surely offensive! It's a shame that many people do this!

Yeah. In our country causing damage to public property is a serious offence. A jail term and caning is mandatory. No wonder our country is free of graffiti.

I just heard that Beijing will build a new "Great Wall" for "graffito"!!!Especailly for LOVES!

You have to pay a price to write your love messages in this new Great Wall. People may still write on the old Great Wall. It is free!

They have to pay to write on the Great Wall, too. The transportations, the entrance fees, hard enough tools, etc, not so cheap..

Oh, 999RMB is very expensive for single name engraved in a brick, if it does not include a free trip to the real Great Wall :P
