According to the latest news:

The Great Wall of Love in Juyongguan section has been removed. There were four couples who engraved their vows of love on the 'Wall' received refund.

When California mentioned it a few days ago, I thought it was a joke, well, it turned out to be true!!!
(IT WAS STILL A JOKE!!)

So, if you had plan of engraving your vows of love there, you can give it up now, engrave it in your hearts, it's safer but much more expensive - it costs a lifetime!
