Getting around Shenzhen

I'll be in Shenzhen, near Lowu, for a few days in March. Last time I was there, I didn't go anywhere other than the Lowu Shopping Center. This time I would like to to to Window on the World, and the China Folk Village. Any suggestions as to the easiest and most economical way there? Also, any other suggestions as to where to go?
