Hello!

I am currently planning a trip to Asia with the following route:

Austria-China-Japan-China-Hongkong-
Singapore-Hongkong-China-Austria

This would involve entering China 3 times, which as far as I know, is not possible with a tourist visa. However, the 3rd entry would just be a transit to Beijing to catch my return flight - will it be possible to get a transit visa for that last part of the journey after having used my two entries of the tourist visa?

Thanks in advance for any help,
Martin

Thanks for your reply!

Sorry, I may have left that a bit unclear.

What I meant was the leg from Hongkong to Beijing, where my return flight to Vienna would depart from. Would it be possible to use a transit visa to go from Hongkong to Beijing after having used the double-entry visa before?

Hope that makes my problem more clear ;)

Greetings,
Martin

(HK-Beijing by train, not flight)

So basically, even if I have used my double-entry visa already, I should be able to get another single-entry visa in Hongkong during the same time period? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I just haven't had that kind of problem before on my travels ;)

Greetings,
Martin
