Everyday there were additional payouts for what were promised as included stops and entrances. Bus was not full-size coach as promised. Minibus was so full no room for any carryon. Food not satisfactory. Long shopping stop dispite promise on none. One hotel had no warm water, another had NO WATER at night. No answer by company management to my tel. calls to Shanghai or emails! AND this is a major player in the Chinese travel business. In fact they own their own airline! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! They have offices on very many street corners in Shanghai and many other cities; groundlevel. WHO CAN ONE TRUST????????????????????????????????
