| I Love cooking! One of my goals in China is to learn how to cook more authentic Chinese. It is odd though that I know more guys that can cook than girls these days. PEACOCK: I agree, I lost weight when I started cooking for myself - especially until I got better at it. RITA: I will happily go to the market and get the vegetables for you - I enjoy getting the ingredients. WOCCA: Fumes Overwhelming? Hmm...Sounds like you like it deathly-spicy?! |

| There are vegetables available in supermarkets too, with price tags that you don't have to bargain, easy and clean to get vegetables. But most people prefer to buy vegetables in the vegetable markets near the residence areas, usually it's not so clean and they smell bad. I don't mind paying a little bit more, but if i do not bargain in the vegetable markets, the sellers would laugh at you in secret, haha~ I overheard them talk those "funny" buyers who never bargain, it's interesting.... Bargain is time consuming and sometimes annoying especially us who do not pay daily visit to the vegetable markets and be clear about the prices of everything. In a bargain society, you have no choice but to bargain... ----------------------------------------- To Saberxlcr, Thanks, that's really good, but I think I can guide you how to bargain first :P |
