| Here are some things you get rating points for: 4 points for a travel review 3 points for a picture 3 points for a travel tip 3 points or so for a new forum discussion 1 point for a forum reply Sadly no points are yet offered to travel journal entries. Most users haven't updated their travel journals. If you haven't submitted where you've been please use the travel journal to enter the places you've gone. So far Tianjin lists me as the only member who has visitted while many members have gone there. |

| and what would happen to your ratings if the administrator delete one or some of your post/ review/ photos/ tip? |

| If the Admin or you delete one then you lose the corresponding points. |

| Before I even knew about the rating system I was just under 200 points. Its a good idea from the site designers to institute the rating system it as it makes submitting more fun. (my rating just went up 1 point) |

| I have a couple more tips to writeup and then the majority of new writing will be a sum up of my experience in China for people who haven't visitted it. It'll be a while before I'm finished. |

| Thanks for that information - somehow I missed knowng that- i was wondering why I hadn't got many points even though I had written a few stories. Maybe also you can tell me, I volunteered to help the China Travel Guide and haven't had a response about my offer to volunteer with some writing work. Any tips on that one? ps: keep up the great writing- I live in Australia and can't wait to come back again for a visit-I love your country!! |
