Hi I am an Overseas Chinese, middle age. I will be visiting Kuming soon this year and would like make contacts/friends before actually arriving like a blind tourist.I am interested in historic sites, quality real estate, music, and just enjoying this wonderful life in this wonderful country.

When Marco Polo travelled across thousands of kms from Italy to China about than 800 yrs ago, he didn't know anything about China. He ended exploring the country and loved it so much that he lived there for many years.
Hahaha !! Joking, joking.
But seriously, just go there and find out yourself since your interests are so diversified. Sometimes doing something without any plan can be very exciting. Don't think you can find help here on real estates. But if you are really serious about it, I can recommend a local contact to you - she speaks very good English. Want ??
